No, there will be no changes to how customers place orders, request service, or contact Silanos. All existing contacts, distributors, and service procedures remain exactly as before. The partnership with Sandberg Development AB simply strengthens Silanos’s capabilities — providing additional support, resources, and expertise from the group to further enhance product development, logistics, and customer service in the long term.

We offer full technical support, spare parts availability, and maintenance guidance through our own technicians and also via our network of service partners.

All documentation and spare parts catalogues are available through our official Silanos portal or via your local distributor. Access to our Silanos portal will be granted after contacting Customer support.

Normally we can deliver spare parts within a few days lead time.

Yes of course, you can buy all types of accessories connected to Silanos portfolio. See more on the Accessories subpage.

Our standard warranty covers 12 months from installation. Extended warranties and service plans are available upon request.

Yes. Silanos provides technical training sessions and documentation for distributors, partners, and service technicians.
