Change at the top – Pål Borge appointed new CEO of Silanos

Silanos Srl proudly announces the appointment of Pål Borge in the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment represents an important step in the company's growth and innovation path.

In May 2023, Sandberg Development became a partner in the Italian dishwasher manufacturer Silanos. As part of the company's development joumey to streamline and future-proof operations, Pål Borge, former Director of Change Management of Silanos, will be the new CEO of Silanos. 

Pål Borge brings with him a strong background from leading positions from different industries and companies such as Perstorp Group, Sony Mobile Communications and a number of start-ups within consumer electronics and he will now lead the organization towards new strategic and market goals.

While I bring operational experience and a focus on efficiency and flows, I lean on Marco's commercial strength in the deep and long-term customer relationships. Together, we are now taking the next step", says Pål Borge, new CEO of Silanos.

At the same time, Marco Silanos, who has led Silanos in recent years, will focus his time on the role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, he will develop long-term strategies, innovating and expanding into new markets, ensuring continuity of our strategic vision. He will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board.
