The objective was clear: ensure a flawless, efficient and hygienic washing process that could keep up with the restaurant’s pace without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

      

Silanos provided a tailor-made solution:

• In the main washing area, a SHD 50-40 double hood-type dishwasher was installed, capable of handling high volumes of plates and tableware with fast, consistent cycles.
• In the bar and glassware area, a SD 50-37 glasswasher with integrated osmosis system was selected to meet the strict standards of glass presentation in a fine dining setting.

The integrated osmosis system in the SD 50-37 ensures mineral-free water, resulting in crystal-clear glasses without streaks or the need for manual polishing. This not only enhances visual presentation but also reduces chemical usage, optimizes water consumption and cuts down on maintenance, perfectly aligning with Silanos’ commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency.
