That’s why our production is focused not only on minimizing environmental impact, but also on maximizing durability, repairability and lifecycle value. Our facility in Italy is a model of clean, efficient manufacturing. The 18,000-square-meter plant runs on a highly automated, intelligent production line designed to reduce waste and optimize every phase of fabrication. From precision laser cutting to robotic plasma welding, each process is fine-tuned to conserve materials, ensure consistency and reduce the energy footprint per unit produced. A lights-off automated warehouse powers just-in-time material handling, improving flow while cutting unnecessary emissions and idle time. Solar panels installed on the facility’s roof supply a significant portion of our energy needs through clean, renewable power, further reducing our carbon footprint and enhancing long-term sustainability.
