Covering approximately 18,000 square meters, the Silanos facility, home to both its offices and production line, is more than a manufacturing space. At the core of this advanced facility is a fully automated, high-tech production line designed to deliver high-performance professional dishwashing systems at speed and scale.
It reflects a deep commitment not only to industrial excellence but also to sustainable, long-term solutions that serve the evolving needs of professional kitchens worldwide. Central to this system is a cutting-edge, 90-meter robotic line dedicated to the precise production of dishwasher casings.
It includes:
- Laser cutting systems
- Synchronized bending presses
- High-speed bending and sorting robots
- Robotized plasma welding stations
- Rollforming punch press
- Robust hydraulic presses
Every machine is supported by a fully automated warehouse with 120 intelligent drawers. Operating independently, even in lights-off conditions, this warehouse is the true backbone of the plant. Robotic stacker cranes deliver raw materials directly to the machines and return finished components to storage, enabling seamless, uninterrupted workflow and maximum production efficiency.
