Role overview
The Supply Chain & Logistics Director ensures the efficient and integrated management of materials and component flows — from purchasing to internal logistics — supporting on-time production and cost optimization.
This role oversees all internal warehouses, procurement, and material planning (MRP) processes, working closely with Production, Quality, and Sales.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the position plays a key role in defining and executing the company’s strategic direction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead warehouse and internal logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and traceability.
 - Manage purchasing of raw materials and components, securing on-time supply and optimal stock levels.
 - Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements to balance cost, quality, and reliability.
 - Develop and maintain MRP and lean processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
 - Monitor supplier and logistics performance, driving continuous improvement.
 - Define and track KPIs for warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and material planning.
 
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
 - Proven experience in supply chain and logistics leadership within a manufacturing
environment. - Strong ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency.
 - Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 - Fluent in English.
