Role overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and developing all human resources processes, ensuring effective people management and alignment with company goals.
This includes recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, training, and
compliance with labor laws.
The role supports senior management in building a strong, performance-driven culture and will, in the future, lead an HR Specialist as the HR department grows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Oversee employee and union relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Support leadership in defining compensation and organizational development policies.
- Design and implement training programs and development plans.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Manage HR administration in coordination with external payroll providers.
- Develop HR KPIs and analytics to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven HR generalist or HR management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office tools.
- Fluent in English.
